We follow the same fermentation process as our medium sriracha, with the addition of red jalapeños smoked over apple and hickory wood. The sauce is then cooked and balanced leaving a delicious sweet, salty, sour, spicy sauce with a smooth lingering smokiness on the palate.

Dingo Sauce Co. is a purveyor of artisan chilli sauces produced in North Fremantle, Western Australia. Their signature sauce is the Super Hot Sriracha.
They have amassed raving reviews who praise its complex yet superb flavours, while not forgetting the necessary heat you would expect in a chilli sauce. Dingo Sauces are hand-made with WA harvested chillies, in small batches.
