All Burn Chilli

Origin: Aubin Grove, Western Australia

Concocted in the druid's pot of All Burn Chilli's chief saucier, Paul Woodhams, this mixture combines the awesome heat of a generous portion of the Moruga Scorpion chilli (a reknown superhot!) with the fresh, subtle flavours of plums, lime and honey to produce a sauce which provides a great initial kick, followed by a fresh, pleasant linering taste.

Serving suggestions:
Use it to increase both the heat and flavour levels of your favourite dish. Goes great straight up on a steak, rissoles, sausages and burgers.

Moruga Scorpion Chillies, Plums, Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, Spices.
