Firehorse is Western Australia's first authentically oak barrel aged hot sauce. The chillies in Firehorse spend 4 years fermenting and maturing in premium, hand-selected American white oak barrels. This process gives Firehorse its unique flavour and aroma characteristics. 

Firehorse PREMIUM BLEND hot sauce has a significant increase in heat level from the ORIGINAL BLEND. This blend is tempered with The Southern Cross chilli. This chilli has been developed over 13 years and is the result of cross breeding varieties including tabasco, yellow habanero, caribbean red habanero and the very aromatic thai firecracker.

PREMIUM BLEND has a pleasant up front heat and is a very popular all round hot sauce used in many cafes and restaurants. Complex, smooth with sweet oaky notes, the Premium Blend is the most sought after hot sauce in the range second only in popularity to the Dark Horse Limited Edition Super Hot!

The PREMIUM BLEND is tempered with the Southern Cross chilli to enhance the heat level and add complexity to the sauce.

Chillies used Southern Cross Chilli (Unique variety developed by Firehorse over the course of 14 years. It is a mix of Tabasco, Yellow/Orange Habanero, Caribbean Red Habaneros and Ghost Chillis)
Ingredients Chilli (38-44%), Spirit Vinegar, Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Serving suggestions Extremely versatile, the Premium Blend can be used in any application where chilli is required.
