Origin: Melbourne, Victoria. 

This is a classic Indonesian 'Sambal Asli' (original chilli sauce), made in Melbourne. You can put it on your rice and noodle dishes or use it to spice up our Satay Sauce. 3 out of 5 for heat, it starts off mellow but creeps up on you - it's not a real Indonesian meal if it doesn't raise just a bit of a sweat!

Serving suggestion: 
Our Chilli Sauce has a delicious controlled heat to it. It won’t blow your head off, so you can spice up any meal, be it Asian or other. Excellent choice for stirfrys, noodle dishes or nasi goreng (fried rice). It can also be used as a marinade for meats or just drizzle over your rice. Yum!

Water, chilli, sugar, salt, garlic, thickener (1412), spices, citric acid.

This sauce is gluten free, vegan and locally made.
