Sugar, Coconut (27%), Cider Vinegar, Water, Fish Sauce (Water, Anchovy, Salt, Sugar), Cayenne Chilli, Corn Starch, Curry Powder (2%), Ginger (2%), Garlic, Coriander, Salt.
