Touloulou’s Bondamanjak Créole Chili Sauce is the first of its kind in Australia.

Born in Martinique and perfected in Sydney, our kitchen creates these tasty gems the old fashioned way, using the ripest local vegetables and the most refined blends of authentic spices.

Popular all over the Caribbean, the scotch bonnet pepper (known in the French Caribbean islands as 'Bondamanjak'), has a distinctly bold, slightly sweet flavour that gives the region's cuisine its unmistakable kick.

The legedary pepper get its name from an old time story about the wife of a gentlemen by the name of Jacques.

When one knows the sensation generated by eating Caribbean chilli peppers, we can easily understand how unforgettable she was.
