Origin: Aubin Grove, Western Australia

Concocted in the druid's pot of All Burn Chilli's chief saucier, Paul Woodhams, this mixture combines the awesome heat of boggenloads of the Moruga Scorpion chilli (a reknown superhot!) with the fresh, subtle flavours of plums, lime and honey to produce a sauce which provides a great initial kick, followed by a fresh, pleasant lingering taste.

Serving suggestions:
Use it to increase both the heat and flavour levels of your favourite dish. Goes great straight up on steak, rissoles, sausages and burgers.

Moruga Scorpion Chillies, Plums, Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, Spices.
