A hearty blend of fresh produce smoked over hot coals with lemon myrtle leaves. 

Andrew, a keen cook, makes bottles of hot sauce for friends. He chars homegrown chillies over coals, blends them with homegrown ginger, turmeric and a few other magic ingredients, and the end results is a spicy kick to splash onto eggs straight from the chicken pen
