In the sleepy town of Margaret River, Western Australia, Tom met Mo through a mutual love of all things hot.
Once they realised that the Australian climate was perfect for growing super hot chillies they set to work growing every kind of tongue scorching, throat burning, eye watering chilli variety they could find.
After much research and many fiery days at the tasting table the first sauce was made! Napalm Enema! (In homage to the classic series Red Dwarf).
From then on word spread and followers and likes flowed in and more sauces were born.
