The Artisan range of gluten and preservative free chilli sauces, chutneys and dressings are all hand crafted from locally sourced ingredients in Vicki’s purpose build industrial kitchen on her magnificent 31-acre property overlooking the Scott Creek Conservation Park. Vicki is a qualified chef as well as a renowned foodie and has had a high-profile involvement in the development of food networks in South Australia. Vicki has extensive industry know how and considers herself more of a Yippy Gourmet Farmer these days living off her magnificent Fleurieu Peninsula property. Much inspiration is drawn from her property to develop and produce exciting products that are distributed Australia wide. Vicki also prides herself on using locally grown Australian produce, wherever possible.
